With the Strip Tube Ruler #CQD05001 (or Strip Tube Junior #CQD05006) you can make the wonderful pinwheels easily and efficiently. (If you don’t have the ruler, don‘t worry, there are directions in the pattern for a regular square up ruler). An instant classic, Festivities was designed with the holiday spirit in mind, but it works well any time of the year by just using different fabrics!
